REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We provide a complete replacement or return if needed for any products that might be harmed during transit. Replacement or return orders are processed following our team's confirmation of the damage via email or WhatsApp.
Refunds and replacement requests must be handled within 15 days of the order being delivered. Any such requests made more than 15 days after the delivery date won't be granted. For requests for replacements or refunds, you can contact us at musclestarke@gmail.com
Products bought with special discounts or during holiday promotions may not be returnable or refundable.
SHIPPING POLICY
Following the placement of your order, we will email you as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and then again to confirm dispatch, indicating that the order has been accepted.
The item(s) will be checked over and wrapped before being given to our reliable delivery partners.
As soon as possible, one of our delivery partners will deliver the package to you. They will get in touch with you to remedy the problem if they can't go to the specified place or at a convenient time.
Most orders are shipped out in just a few business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
